1.2This page should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Safety policy. In case of conflict, the stricter legal requirement will prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1.3We may update this page for operational, security, or legal reasons. Continued use of the platform after publication indicates acceptance of the updated version.

2. How to Request Account Deletion
§You can request deletion of your Eto Rides account using the steps below.
2.1In the app (if available), go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
2.2If the in-app option is not available, you may request deletion by contacting support.
2.3Email us at Eto Rides Support with your registered phone number and a clear request for account deletion.
2.4For safety and fraud prevention, we may ask for additional verification before processing the request.
Important
If you have an active booking, an unresolved dispute, or a pending refund, deletion may be delayed until the matter is closed.
3. Identity Verification
§3.1We verify deletion requests to protect accounts from unauthorized access.
3.2Verification may include OTP/phone confirmation, email confirmation, or other reasonable checks based on risk.
3.3If verification fails, we may decline the request and advise you to use the grievance process.

- Regulatory requests from competent authorities.
Retention is limited to the minimum necessary and is controlled by access restrictions and security measures.
