Fixes the Download and Share buttons on your GST invoice, which could silently do nothing - your tax invoice now saves, opens and shares reliably even on a weak connection. Invoice and ride-receipt PDFs are now always issued in English, so the tax details print correctly on every phone. Also fixes a crash when opening the app from a notification, and the account-type screen no longer starts with Captain pre-selected, so you choose Passenger or Captain yourself.
